    Frage Opencv erkennt Kamara nicht

    LiFePo4 Akku selber bauen - Video
    Ich wollte hier fragen ob jemand eine Idee hat warum mein Programm meine Webcam nicht erkennt.
    Ich versuch mich bisschen mit tracking zyu beschäftigen.
    System Ubuntu 16
    Kamara würde mit chees gestestet und funktioniert
    Programm funktioniert mit video.
