Und im Schaltplan

sehe ich sowohl die Bootstrap Diode als auch den Kondensator. Es sollte also auch mit mehr als 20V funktionieren, solange der High-Side Transistor nie 100% PWM bekommt. Na so wie bei jeder Bootstrap Ansteuerung eben.
