I have created and uploaded an Eagle library for the C-Control I Unit M2.0x.
Now you can create an PCB around the C-Control I Unit M2.0x.

It looks like the Cadsoft website is going through a few changes, after being purchased by Autodesk, and a few libraries have been lost (including mine ) so I have included it here as a .zip.
I hope this works out.
