hi, ich hatte letztens auch mal das problem

Could not indentify chip with ID:000000

Selected chip and target chip do not mach AT90S2313<>ATMEGA32

bei mir war der controller durchgeschmort, ich hab ihn dann ausgetauscht und alles ging einwandfrei
