t6963 problem mit Mega16

Hallo,

ich habe ein problem mit einem mega16 und einem t6963c display. hab es folgendermaßen angeschlossen und mit folgendem code probiert :

hatte jemand schonmal das gleiche problem ?
( habe alle anschlüsse kontrolliert und sie sind alle korrekt verbunden )
