Microchip Custom Driver mit Mingw/Eclipse?

Hallo

Hat hier schon jemand Software mit dem “Microchip Custom Driver”,
sprich der mpusbapi.dll von Microchip, unter Mingw/Eclipse erstellt?

Dazu muss mal wohl die DLL recompilieren und da frag ich mich, wie
man das macht?
