Du willst ein LCD flashen? Wie soll das gehen. Normale LCDs gibt man Signale vor, die das LCD interpretiert und das jeweilige anzeigt.

PS: Der Link zum LCD funktioniert nicht. Wenn es dieses LCD (http://www.multircshop.com/site/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=593) ist musst du die Daten mittels Serieller Schnittstelle (UART, das gleiche wie RS232 nur mit 5V bzw 0V Pegeln) senden. Dazu würde auch das "RX" passen. Dieses LCD (der µC) wird geflasht versendet.

Möchte eigentlich nur die Baudrate verändern

Dann ist es das richtige. Was du machen musst weiß ich leider nicht genau, da ich das LCD (bzw die µC Platine) nicht kenne. Ich vermute aber das du ein spezielles Kommando über die RX Leitung senden musst. Das sollte aber in der Anleitung stehen.
