abwärtskompatibilität atmega8515 -> at90s8515

hallo,
hat jemand erfahrungen mit dem kompatibilitätsmodus vom atmega8515 ?

habe eine software die den at90s8515 komplett ausreizt, möchte daran nix ändern da doch seeehr aufwendig.

da ich unbedingt brown-out-detection brauche und ich jedesmal noch nen smd-max809 dazulöte der auch nich gerade billig is wär der atmega schon toll ...

Wobei ich echt positiv vom Preis des ATmega8515 überrascht bin...

hmmm naja das war ja genau meine frage ...
im FM steht ja compatibility mode ...
reißt der was von der rechenleistung runter?

die electrical characteristics hab ich mir noch gar nicht angeschaut.

ich kann mich erinnern das vor zwei jahren mal wer gesagt hat der compatibility mode is müll, aber an mehr von dieser aussage kann ich mich nicht erinnern ...

der preis ist in der tat SEHR interessant da mein bod schon fast soviel kostet ...
